AMAN Lab — AI for Monitoring & Assessment of NDT. AMAN Lab develops intelligent solutions for civil infrastructure safety and resilience.
Welcome To The Aman lab
AI for Monitoring & Assessment of NDT (AMAN) Lab at the College of Engineering, Taif University, is inviting motivated Undergraduate and Graduate Students, PhD Researchers, Postdoctoral Fellows, and Experts to join our team. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in civil engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering who are passionate about applying advanced technologies to improve infrastructure safety and resilience. Our research combines Artificial Intelligence (AI), Nondestructive Testing (NDT), Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), and Digital Twin technologies, with applications in smart cities and smart infrastructures, including AI-driven sensing for bridges and buildings, drone-based inspection, multi-modal sensing systems (ultrasonic, infrared, and vision-based), predictive maintenance, and data analytics for sustainable infrastructure management.
